HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?
When you find a product you like, click on the image to view more details about the product. For many products you will be given a choice of colours or styles to allow you to customize these quality products for your wedding. Once you have selected the appropriate options, click the "Add" button to add the item to your shopping cart. The item will be added to your cart, and you will be given the option to continue shopping or to view the contents of your cart.
You may view your shopping cart at any time buy clicking on the shopping cart icon located at the top of each page.When you view your cart you can change product amounts or remove products or personaliisation.When you are completely satisfied with your order please click "Checkout". This will take you to our payment page where you can decide how you wish to pay. Using Paypal, Google, Post us a cheque or pay over the phone.
All transactions are encrypted for your security.Once your order is approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that contains your order details.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE TIME TO COMPLETE MY ORDER?
If you have items in your shopping cart and you have to leave, please logout and the system will add the items into your wish list. When you return log in and you will be taken back to your items in your wish list and you can add them into your cart again.

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Every product on our site gives you the number of working days within which we will usually dispatch your order to you, if the item is in stock. You should add a further 2 or 3 working days for delivery to mainland UK. Please note that we will not be held responsible for postal or courier delays. In the event that gifts are returned to us because of incorrect addressing or non collection, there will be a £5 admin. charge to resend the gift, when it is returned to us.
If we are awaiting a delivery of any of the products you order we will send you an email with the expected delivery time.

DO YOU DO SPECIAL DELIVERY?
If we are able to get a product to you more speedily it will be stated on the product page with the associated cost. The charge is per order NOT per item, so only select special delivery against one item. If there is not an option for special delivery on an item please email us and if we have the item(s) in stock we can quote for special delivery.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR POSTAGE?
Each product states whether postage is included or calculated at checkout time based on the weight of your products and you will be advised of the price when you have entered your delivery address. Where postage is not included we charge between £2.95 and £7.95 (UK Mainland) which will be added to your order as you proceed through the checkout. We offer you FREE SHIPPING on orders over £149 to UK Mainland. If your package is heavy or outside mainland England we may have to obtain a price from our couriers. We will endeavour to do this within three working days. You will receive an email from us with the postage cost with a link to Paypal to make the payment.

WILL YOU DELIVER TO THE PERSON I AM BUYING FOR?
YES - when you check out you will be asked for the delivery address which can be different to your address. Most of our personalised gifts can be gift wrapped and this will be shown on the product page. You can use the order comments box for the gift message. BACK TO TOP
HOW WILL MY PARCEL BE SENT?
Personalised Gifts costing less than £35 will be sent Royal Mail 1st class post and over that price by courier. Personalised Gifts with special delivery will be dispatched on a Next Day signed for service. Wedding Favours and Accessories weighing less than 1.5kg will be sent Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery and over 1.5kg with a courier service. We will advise on postage for items over 20kg.

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?
Most of our personalised gifts can be gift wrapped and this will be shown on the product page. We use silver wrapping paper with burgundy ribbon and you can use the order comments box for the gift message.

If your package is heavy or is to be delivered outside mainland England we may have to obtain a price from our couriers. We will endeavour to do this within three working days. You will receive an email from us with the postage cost with a link to Paypal to make the payment.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Login to the site with your email address and password. Click the History button at the top right of the screen and you will be presented with a list of the Orders that you have placed with us. They will be updated as your order goes through the order process and you will also be sent email updates.

HOW DO I PERSONALISE PRODUCTS?
The personalisation options are displayed on the product page, please check your order before proceeding to checkout. You can layout your personalisation as you would like us to do it BUT please check the number of characters and your spelling. The maximum number of characters stated includes spaces.
We will personalise products as per your specification and will only replace items where we have made a mistake or they are defective.

IS A PRINTED CATALOGUE AVAILABLE?
You can purchase a catalogue of our Wedding Accessories but it does have US pricing. We do not provide a hard copy of our Personalised Gifts and Favours as they are constantly changing.

CAN MERCHANDISE BE RETURNED?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact). We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the gift - excluding postage - as soon as we have received the item(s) back. Please note we will not pay return shipping costs and you should obtain proof of posting.
Personalised gifts may only be returned if we have made an error on the product or if it is defective. Please contact us before returning. We will require the item and it's original packaging of course, and please keep all shipping & delivery receipts to provide proof of return.
